One person builds the deck — movies or shows from TMDB, cuisines and cravings, or board games from the group's own shelves — with filters for mood, rating, dietary needs, player count, and more.

A six-letter party code or invite link brings the whole group in from any device. Nothing to install; guests don't even need an account password.

Yes, no, maybe — plus a veto that benches an option without a debate. Nobody sees anyone else's votes while swiping, so nobody anchors the group.

When the last person finishes, everyone sees the outcome at once: a full match if the whole group said yes to the same thing, otherwise the top picks ranked by votes — or let the dice decide.

How many people can join a party?
There's no practical limit — everyone with the six-letter code can join until voting starts, and results unlock when the last person finishes swiping.
Do my friends need accounts?
Joining is one tap as a guest — a name is all that's needed. Hosts sign in with a magic link (no password) so their parties and history stick around.
What does a full match mean?
A full match is an option every single member swiped yes on. If there isn't one, pickaru ranks everything by the group's yes and maybe votes, and the roulette can pick from the top choices.
Where does the data come from?
Movies and shows come from TMDB with IMDb ratings where available; the cravings deck is pickaru's own curated cuisine collection; board games come from BoardGameGeek (data courtesy of BoardGameGeek.com).
